We developed an escape room for employees to learn the cleaning procedures, since the products weren’t being used properly.

► Problem

Internal cleaning procedures were in place but not implemented satisfactorily. Furthermore, detergents were not used properly due to the long & small text of the instructions. Employees had difficulties to read the whole process.

► Solution

Visual & practical demonstration of the cleaning process, the cleaning detergents to be used and the precautions to be taken. To gain & ensure knowledge retention, challenges and practical activities are included of the on-site simulated location.

The employees did not have access to internal communication channels and therefore were not aware of any social benefits offered by the company.

The creation of the digital workbook offers employees a tool for self-reflection and thus supports their personal development. The workbook guides users to find and define their personal goals, values and motivators. This strengthens self-initiative concerning “being one’s pilot” and triggers joy and motivation when working through the workbook.
